Modern \u00e7a\u011fda psikolojik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, depresyondan mustarip ve daha ak\u0131ll\u0131ca kararlara vard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 teyit ediyor (Basel \u00dcniversitesi, 2011). Soruna daha uzun ve daha dikkatli bak\u0131yor, pembe bir g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 buland\u0131rmas\u0131na izin vermiyorlar. Pek az insan bu dalgalanmay\u0131\u00a0<em>mutluluk<\/em> olarak hisseder ama her durumda buna\u00a0<em>anlam<\/em> y\u00fckleyebilirsiniz: E\u011fer hayatta meseleniz b\u00fcy\u00fck duygular ya\u015famaksa, o zaman bunlar sadece sevin\u00e7, a\u015fk ve cezbenin iyi duygular\u0131 olamaz. Duygu hayat\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcm yelpazesiyle ya\u015famadan, kemale erilmez. G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte en sebepsiz olan \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc hali de herhalde buradan do\u011far: &#8220;Asl\u0131nda her \u015fey yolunda gidiyor, bana ne oluyor b\u00f6yle, bilmiyorum.&#8221; Ahenkten ba\u015fka bir \u015fey bilmeyen bir hayat, ahengin bozulmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor demektir. Kesintisiz ya\u015fam sevinci insan\u0131 takatten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilir, ya\u015fam kederinin sundu\u011fu t\u00fcrden bir molaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyabilirsiniz. \u0130nsan olman\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn imkanlar\u0131n\u0131 yoklamak ve hayat\u0131n kemaline varmak i\u00e7in, ilk bak\u0131\u015fta \u00e7ok uzak gelse bile, galiba \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcy\u00fc de sonuna kadar tatmak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar iradeleriyle de \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcye kap\u0131labilirler mi? Evet, hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphe yok, mesela ac\u0131 verici hat\u0131ralar\u0131 tekrar hat\u0131rlayarak yaparlar bunu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ac\u0131 esasen hi\u00e7 yok olmaz -sevilen bir insandan ayr\u0131lmak mesela.
